Permanent, full time position. Hours of work: Usually 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Salary: GBP16,000-GBP20,000 per annum, dependent on experience. An exciting opportunity to join a growing IT company renowned for its customer service, based in South-West Sheffield. This award-winning team is looking for someone who is phenomenally organised, an outstanding communicator, and excellent at managing and prioritising multiple responsibilities to join the company in the role of Technical Coordinator. Although some understanding of IT will be helpful, this role does not require candidates to have an in-depth knowledge of IT, and the successful candidate will receive support and training as required. The role encompasses a few different areas, namely helpdesk coordination, project coordination and reporting. They will coordinate the flow of technical tickets through the helpdesk, coordinate IT installation projects, and report to management on the performance of the helpdesk to ensure that it is running as effectively as possible. Applicants should thrive on a varied workload, be outstanding at prioritising tasks and planning their own work, and be able to pay attention to smaller details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
