Senior Project Manager

£55,000 - £58,000, pension (up to 18%), over 30 days annual leave

Senior Project Manager position working for a London University.

This University has been in operation for over 150 years and is one of the U.K.s leading research universities.
The property portfolio is made up of many properties of varying ages, some Garde 2 listed and some modern new builds that have recently been completed.

The University is midway through an ambitious capital programme and with various project close to delivery stage they are in need of an experienced Senior Project Manager.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing a number of different projects in both value and scope. One such project is the refurbishment of an existing building in to a new school - c£11M in value.

This position reports in to the Head of Capital Projects and in turn maintains a high degree of autonomy.

To be considered for this position you must have:

-Relevant construction/building qualifications or degree E.G. RICS, CIOB, RIBA.
-Experience working within the Higher Education sector (or similar sector such as NHS or local government/council).
-A minimum of 5 years in Senior PM/PM positions within construction.
-Experience managing high level projects of at least £5M, through all the RIBA design stages.

Salary offered for this role is c£55,000 plus market leading pension scheme and circa 35 days annual leave.
