Security Project Manager
Working for a large Facilities Management company with it's roots in France but a fantastic name within the UK market. As a company they turnover excess of two billion euros and can offer the chance to work within an extremely modern and forward thinking company.
They are currently looking to fill a 3 month interim / contract role as a Security Project Manager.
You would be based at a shopping centre in the West Midlands. You will be tasked with 'implementing change' and improvement of the sites security team.
You will be responsible for a number of management teams (with roles which include managing security and cleaning) and will be assisting to restructure the working week to ensure a greater level of efficiency and productivity.
You will ideally have both Security and Shopping Centre experience. You will need to be familiar with change management and must be willing to work closely with HR to help achieve the desired changes and improvements.
The role is initially 3 months but has the potential to be extended if required.
