We are looking for a Standards Development Manager to support the Learning from Experience (LfE), Standards & Assurance Lead in driving organisational and project delivery improvements, developing and setting the required standards, templates and exemplars to support Portfolio, Programme and Project Management (P3M) delivery.
The role will assure any new standards and the resulting templates developed by other parts of PPD including assuring they are coherent, aligned and do not conflict with the existing standards, templates and arrangements.
The Standards Development Manager will liaise closely and effectively with the Assurance Manager and LFE Manager, as a key input for driving revisions and amendments to the standards will be both LFE and key recommendations from the Assurance activities.
Role responsibilities will include;
• Leadership and Management within the LfE, Standards and Assurance team
• Deliver and further develop the PPD Standards Strategy
• Responsible for developing and maintaining PPD standards, templates and exemplars
• Contribute to all outputs of the LfE, standards and assurance function
