Digital Project Manager
We’re looking for someone new to join our team who can help us deliver intelligent and effective digital campaigns.
Our reputation and presence in the charity sector continues to grow and we need someone who wants to really get stuck in and help solidify our position as a leading agency focused on really effective communication.
Who are you?
You will be a great communicator and able to speak and understand the languages of ‘Client’, ‘Strategist’, ‘Coder’, ‘Creative’ and ‘Database geek’ – and create clarity between them.
You’ll be organised and love to get into the detail of things; probably the kind of person who not only matches their socks after doing the laundry, but orders their sock drawer too!
You will know how to tactfully nudge a project along to keep things on track – with colleagues, partners and clients.
You will already have a couple of years experience working on digital projects and will probably have cut your teeth in a digital agency.
You will undoubtedly have entrepreneurial spirit and recognise that the world is whatever you make it.
What does the job entail?
You will own your projects from start to finish. They will be like your pets and you will do everything to make sure they’re as successful as they can be.
You’ll lead planning meetings, take briefs, create schedules, manage assets, maintain budgets, analyse outcomes, track impact… and think about how to do it better next time. Everything that hopefully you already know makes a great project manager.
Copper runs a LOT of email campaigns, so you should already have an excellent understanding of what makes an effective email campaign. You’ll ideally have already built great email campaigns within an ESP using HTML and CSS.
We also manage social media content, run acquisition campaigns, create web platforms and other fun stuff which will help keep things interesting.
