Provide a full administrative service so that the needs of the functional/departmental team are met.
Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that may arise
Act as the point of contact for the Project Manager and SDM’s to communicate project status adequately to all participants
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Maintain effective work systems, ensuring that all correspondence and documentation is dealt with in a professional manner that meets audit requirements.
Organise and co-ordinate meetings and diaries ensuring individual and functional/departmental objectives are met.
Collate, produce and distribute regular and ad-hoc statistics and reports so that individuals and departments receive accurate up to date information to ensure contractual compliance
Update, maintain and interrogate the Concept system to ensure accurate records
Deal with all routine queries so that an appropriate response is provided.
Act in accordance with security and operational instructions at all times to ensure the maintenance of security within the secure environment. (As required by secure establishments).
Provide full administration support with letter production and support for administration duties.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in cooperating with Project Managers for the delivery of projects, solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools and strong communication skills. In addition the ideal candidate shoul be able to manage workloads and prioritise as accordingly
