As an experienced Project Manager managing the delivery of multiple IT projects, you will have a proven background of successfully implementing new Employee Rostering and Scheduling platforms including Employee Rostering and Scheduling data migration.

Experience of implementing solutions such as RPP, Lockheed Martin or Leidos will be highly regarded. You will have demonstrable experience of project managing the implementation of additional system interface requirements for absence management, shift patterns and other allowance payments.

This is a high profile project. You will be focused on building effective stakeholder relationships across the organisation to successfully elicit business requirements. Your communication style and professionalism will be fundamental to your success and your previous track record will be highly regarded.

Together with PMP or Prince2 qualifications, experience of implementing a rostering and scheduling solution are essential to be considered for this role.

Microsoft Project experience is also highly beneficial.
