Assistant Project Manager

Due to continued growth we are looking for an Assistant Project manager to join our Screen Rentals Team, based in Preston. The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Special Events Project Manager in coordinating and executing Rentals events projects across the UK and Europe
The successful candidate will be supported in developing the skills needed to become a qualified Live Events Project Manager. Responsibilities within this role include supporting the Special Events Project Manager, and the wider Rentals team in the planning, managing and monitoring Rentals events projects from initiation through to completion.
In order to be successful in this role you will have an interest in technology, audio visual equipment and the live events industry. You will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to deliver results in a fast paced and changing environment. The post holder will have excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to negotiate, persuade and discuss issues with senior internal and external stakeholders.
