An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Senior Project Manager to be part of the Transformation and Programme Management Office (PMO) to support the Bay Health Care Partnerships (BHCP) and the Trust’s Quality, Efficiency and Sustainability Programme. Taking a lead managing the Project Managers and Support staff. You will provide leadership and guidance to specific service improvement priorities covering the BHCP redesign projects and programmes of work, designed to meet key objectives.
Leading a team of project managers to ensure projects are delivered and benefits are realised, and providing assurance on project delivery to senior management. We are looking for someone who can combine leadership, project management processes with quality improvement techniques, operating as change agents to drive forward change within the division.
You will be expected to play a part in co-ordinating the delivery of training and awareness initiatives for healthcare staff in respect of project management and quality improvement, thus creating enhanced and embedded capability for delivering change and improvement.
Undertaking this role will be both rewarding and challenging and will require excellent facilitation skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively with a range of teams in a variety of settings. The post holder will have unrivalled drive, energy and determination, coupled with a proven track record in working with clinical and non-clinical staff of all levels, to deliver change. Anyone newly appointed to the Trust will be subject to the completion of a satisfactory 6 month probationary period (this includes bank staff). This will give the new staff member an opportunity to become familiar with the role and working environment.
