Working at the heart of the business, part of a busy fast paced team you will be responsible for the customer experience after point of sale to completion. Customer service should be pivotal in what you do.
You will be responsible for managing your own projects and sub-contractors throughout the UK along with various internal departments to ensure successful completion of all projects.
You will liaise with suppliers and work to ensure timely completion ensuring the customer relationship remain strong.
There will be pricing, quoting and ordering with suppliers along the way but don’t worry we’ll give you all the training and tools you need to do this.
You will be involved in capturing and reporting on quality issues for continuous improvement strategies. This is where we want you to share your ideas. Are you a fountain of knowledge?
The ability to learn and retain technical information will be a primary focus. We aren’t looking to employ rocket scientists, however, if you are one, we’ll squeeze you for your knowledge.
Customer aftercare with be an essential part of your daily routine, dealing with quality issues that arise after installation. Not everything in life goes to plan, however, it’s how you deal with it that counts.
