Responsibilities
KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Coordinating projects within Structures and on multi-disciplinary projects within Properties
- Project planning - Management of time & cost on projects 
- Support the OD and Regional Directors with resource planning (forward workload)
- Auditing commercial aspects of projects
- Ensuring ISO standards and other WSP quality management system are adhered to
- Support OD with all tenders by coordinating deliverables and compiling the bid 
- Responsible for all standard documentation such as capability statements, CV's, project profiles, etc.
- Support the OD with the day to day operational responsibilities
- Support OD with reviewing of project contracts, sub-consultant contracts, intercompany agreements, etc.
MAIN ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Monitoring and reporting progress on projects
- Quality audits
- Resource planning
- Time estimating, project scheduling 
- Fee calculations, ECSA fee scales and bottom up calculations 
- Communications to external parties (clients, contractors, consultants) 
- Project close-out, post mortem reporting
- Bid compilations
- Updating standard documents

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- PM or Operations qualification will be advantageous
- At least 2 years Project Administration or Junior Project Management experience in the BUILDING industry
- Communication skills must be very good - written and verbal
KEY COMPETENCIES AND GENERIC SKILLS:
- Must be mobile and have own transport.
- Ability to effectively convey information (written and oral)
- Self-motivated 
- Attention to detail and ability to filter through information
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation
- Experience with Microsoft office and excel
