Carriera has been retained to secure a project manager for an award winning construction consultancy based in Birmingham.

About the client:

The business provides a full range of professional, multi-discipline property and construction consultancy services for all market sectors, across the UK and around the world. Their clients range from developers, institutions, private clients and public bodies, working through the commercial, educational, health, infrastructure, leisure, public, residential and retail asset sectors.

This fantastic opportunity has arisen due to increased success in the local area and they’re now looking for an established project manager to join their existing PM team of 3. The team was set up a few years ago and is led by a highly experienced associate who offers excellent leadership and support. You will be given positive encouragement to help you achieve your goals and progress within the partnership.

About you:

You will have a construction related degree and ideally be MRICS or be a member of another professional body. You will have experience of successfully taking projects  from procurement through to completion while getting support from senior team members.

Project values can range from £1 million up to £300 million so it’s essential that you have experience delivering projects within these values. You will also have experience working in the aforementioned sectors.

Compensation:

Circa £50,000
