Are you a highly competent Project Manager looking for a new challenge on a scheme lasting five years?

My client, one of the most respected, renowned residential developers that has a turnover exceeding £2bn with over 2000 units live on site at present is looking for a Project Manager with Internals experience to work on a residential scheme lasting five years.

The site, 50 minutes of Central London to the West is easily accessible by Public Transport and Private vehicle.

The individuals will be an integral part of the team to help deliver the project which consists of over 600 units split between high specification flats and affordable homes has the potential to offer promotions and progression due to the pipeline of work the business has.

Key Skills

  • Experience within the residential market, having worked for a housebuilder
  • Internals Experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Relationship building skills both within the team and with wider organisations
  • Excellent problem solving and investigative skills
  • IT literate- well versed in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
