We are looking for an innovative, ambitious, high quality individual, to join our commissioning team and help us to make improvements in health outcomes, reduce health inequality and improve patient experience. We are now seeking a Project Manager with the necessary background and expertise to provide senior level knowledge and experience of commissioning, programme management and service change.

Medway Clinical Commissioning Group plays a key role in delivering the NHS reforms for the benefit of the people of Medway. Our 51 member practices look after more than 303,000 registered patients in Medway, and we cover the same geographical area as Medway Unitary Authority.

Working with the Deputy Chief Operating Officer you will lead on a portfolio of projects that will include working with our stakeholders to improve our urgent and planned care provision. You will work with the team to deliver the operational and strategic objectives of the Clinical Commissioning Group, including the General Practice Forward View, Right Care and the Kent and Medway Sustainability and Transformation Plan.
