ICT Portfolio Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for a successful project management professional to join our busy, innovative and forward looking ICT department, at the forefront of significant ICT enabled change - delivering an innovative and modern police service.
As Portfolio Manager you will be supporting the head of department by providing Programme Management Office (PMO) support for a wide range of projects that must be planned, aligned, controlled and resourced in order to deliver organisation change and benefits. The Portfolio Manager will lead our team of Business Analysts and ICT Trainers, working closely with Project Managers and other senior managers to ensure that analyst and ICT training demand is understood, prioritised and met.
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate significant project management experience and who is a proven leader to mentor, manage and professionally develop a large team with a diverse range of skills.

Educated to degree level in a relevant subject, equivalent experience, or membership by examination of an appropriate professional body.
PRINCE 2 Qualified Practitioner
ICT proficient including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
