Senior/Associate Project Manager - Consultancy

A well-established Building & Project Consultancy are looking to add a Project Manager at Senior/Associate level to their Manchester office.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business forward and developing the project management capabilities within the North West whilst servicing the current workload.

You will be working alongside a team of 9 who have a mix of Technical, Building Surveying and Project Management skills whilst being closely supported by the Senior Partners within the business.

Typical work includes investor led refurbishments across the Commercial sector (Office, Retail, Residential and Industrial) and Contract Administration projects.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong Business Development skills; this role is best suited to someone looking to progress their career as there is a clear route to partnership on offer.

Requirements:

• MRICS qualified ideally from a Building Surveying background
• MAPM or other Project Management qualification would be an advantage
• Commercially driven with a strong background in delivering PM services
