Newly Chartered Construction Project Manager

A dynamic construction consultancy with around 40 staff requires a Project Manager to deliver key projects for a variety of clients, with project values ranging up to £100 million. The projects will be in a range of sectors including commercial development, retail, residential apartments / student accommodation, hotels and an occasionally public sector projects.They pride themselves on their client relationships, and their flat structure, which means employees at all levels in the business have close client contact.

You will be either leading or cooperating on these projects, and your work will be focussed across the Midlands region, with occasional travel to the London office.

You already working in a Project Management capacity and be either newly qualified with an appropriate professional body (MRICS, CIOB, APM etc) or close to qualification. This role would best suit a person that is currently working for a large consultancy that feels like they want to take responsibility and have a better workload.
