Our client is an established professional services organisation looking for an HR Project Manager to be based in their London office. This is a brand new role covering both strategic and operational projects on a global scale and reporting directly into the Global Head of HR.
- Permanent role
- London based (travel to other offices required)
The aim of this role would be to manage key global projects involving change and improvement initiatives across the organisation in order to assist with the evolution of the culture and the company's continuous growth.

You will be responsible for setting up, coordinating and managing a variety of HR based projects around
You will be working very closely with the Global HR Director, broader HR team, as well as senior business leaders in reviewing and improving key HR processes.

In Addition, We Are Looking For
We are looking for HR professionals (mid-level) who have previous experience working in HR Project Management or Change Management roles ideally from financial services or broader professional services organisations.
- Strong understanding and experience of key HR processes and practices
- Strong stakeholder management skills and proven influencing and negotiation skills
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Capability of working autonomously as well as operating as part of a team
- Strategic mindset
