About CHP

Community Health Partnerships (CHP) is wholly owned by the Department of Health and is recognised as a centre of excellence for the NHS on primary and community matters, helping health and social care systems to improve and integrate their services by delivering high quality and the most cost effective space for patients. CHP provides public sector investment in the primary healthcare and community estate through the LIFT Public Private Partnerships.

As head tenant for the £2.5bn NHS LIFT estate, CHP works to ensure excellence in its primary and community health estate comprising 305 integrated health and well-being centres, providing 865,00sqm of high quality, value for money and well-run accommodation for more than 1200 tenants delivering a wide range of patient services.
