Who We Are
CPMS is a dynamic and flexible company with a 'can do' attitude where employees can benefit from being part of a friendly and social team. We are a specialist infrastructure consultancy with around 90 staff, established in 2012 by four friends.
Our approach breeds staff loyalty, as evidenced by excellent staff retention. Our top team is approachable, operates a genuine open-door policy (we all work in open plan offices!) and takes a hands-on approach to employee development. What We Do
Project teams often find themselves overwhelmed and require guidance to redefine the path to successful delivery. Clients can engage us to help them with all aspects of a project or select individual services. We are experts in delivering rail projects, originally large scale complex electrification schemes. We can holistically programme or project manage as well as provide individual services such as design, engineering, construction and commercial. We've now started to transfer this experience to the wider infrastructure market.
