The Proceeds of Crime Centre (PoCC) provides its primary regulatory function through the accreditation and monitoring of powers. This is done via the professional register known as the FISS system, and ensures PoCC can carry out its statutory responsibility by providing a platform to train, accredit and monitor financial investigators.

The role entails managing National Crime Agency (NCA) resources to design and develop applications and tools to a professional standard and to meet user requirements; to create and maintain robust systems to process visualise and analyse data; to maintain and provide 2nd/3rd line support for these applications; to represent the NCA in discussing and agreeing technical standards, collaborating on joint projects; writing reports and applying project management and service management to the day to day work.
