A Defence Digital Programme Delivery team is seeking a suitable experienced and skilled Project Manager to assist with the delivery of ICT Project across Defence which is transforming ageing legacy systems into layered services thus providing a more joined up ways of working for the MOD community.

Specific responsibilities through the life of the Programme include:
1. Day to day leadership and management of the project deliverables to ensure its delivery to performance, time and cost.
2. The production of procurement/support strategies and business cases
3. The production of investment appraisals and obtaining financial approval
4. The production and maintenance of project schedules, risk registers, plans and resource plans
5. The production of project technical aspects of tenders/contracts
6. Monitoring and controlling financial aspects of each project or contract
7. The preparation and delivery of technical briefs, status reports, chairing meetings and taking minutes/notes
8. Managing a diverse range of stakeholders (external and internal)
