Psycle is looking for a passionate and driven Digital Project Manager to join its head office team. The full-time Digital Project Manager role is focussed on the development, maintenance and measurement of our digital platforms with a focus on improving the acquisition, engagement and retention of our customer base. 

 

Psycle recently migrated its website to a new CMS and are preparing to launch an online platform for paid for content, Psycle At Home. This role is an exciting opportunity to support the team in delivering a best in class digital experience to a loyal community and prospective customers.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

WEBSITE (PSYCLE LONDON & PSYCLE AT HOME)

 

The Digital PM will be the liaison between Psycle and the digital agency, ensuring that all tasks / updates happen on time and within budget. This includes:

  • Capturing all feedback on admin system from all internal stakeholders
  • Manage all Teamwork tasks with digital agency and understanding priorities
  • Briefing new features and pages to digital agency
  • Responsible for the initial client-side testing of new features / bug fixes

 

This role will be responsible for maintaining the website (ie content management) and monitoring overall website ‘health’ (ie SEO, load speeds, bug fixes), including:

  • Creating new pages from Psycle’s existing templates
  • Uploading videos to Psycle At Home
  • Changing imagery and copy
  • Creating credit bundles
  • Uploading the timetable weekly

 

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, the Digital PM will create and edit the CRM programme, including:

  • Setting up email triggers in the admin system
  • Creating / tweaking email templates, including Psycle’s weekly Monday newsletter
  • Maintaining customer tagging strategy across both the admin system and Mailchimp
  • Segmenting and tagging Psycle’s customer database according to comms plan needs
  • Testing of all email campaigns

 

The Digital PM will be the go-to person at Psycle for studio teams and HQ on all things website and admin system. This involves:

  • Assisting studio teams in solving customer queries
  • Ongoing training on all new developments with studio teams and HQ
  • Briefing studio teams on any changes to the admin system

 

FURTHER DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT

 

The Digital PM will work with the senior leadership team and Psycle’s digital agency to drive new digital developments (for example, digital studio evolution, eCommerce and relaunching Psycle’s INSPIRE blog) through to completion.

  • Assisting with the development of the scope of work
  • Liaising with the digital agency on scope, timelines, costs
  • Daily management of deliverables, ensuring project sticks to timeline and budget
  • Facilitating client-side feedback rounds, delivering this feedback to the digital agency and managing the feedback implementation
  • Ongoing management of content (eg uploading, tagging) and development works / projects of all digital arms of the business

 

REPORTING

 

The Digital PM will be responsible for understanding how customers are engaging with the digital platforms to ensure we’re delivering an excellent digital customer experience. This includes:

  • Using Google Analytics and other digital tools to regularly report on key business and website metrics
  • Gaining a detailed understand of how users are engaging with the website, identifying opportunities for website development and optimisation

 

It’s vital that we’re able to understand the performance of marketing activity and its effect on new registrations, customer retention, frequency of studio visits and usage of Psycle At Home. The business requires regular reporting to help quickly understand the success of the marketing initiatives which will then inform the ongoing marketing strategy. The Digital PM’s responsibilities in this area will include: 

  • Identifying the tools that will allow us to visualise our business and marketing data
  • Development of a reporting dashboard displaying key business metrics mapped against the marketing and promotional calendar
  • To understand the success of customer acquisition campaigns and promotions in the form of new registrations and subsequent long term revenue
  • To ensure all marketing activity, on and offline, is measurable so we’re able to understand marketing success and ROI

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

MUST HAVES

  • Complete fluency in at least one mainstream project management software (eg Asana, Basecamp)
  • Complete fluency in managing a CMS-based website
  • Advanced Excel skills, eg sorting, filtering, MATCH, V-LOOKUPS, pivot tables etc
  • Fluency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Basic Photoshop and/or Sketch skills for briefing purposes
  • 3-5 years of experience in a digital project manager role

 

NICE TO HAVES

  • Experience with data visualisation software (eg Google Data Studio, Tableau, Looker)
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp
  • Familiarity with video hosting (ie Vimeo or Youtube) a bonus
  • Bonus to have project management certification
  • Bonus to have Google Analytics Academy certification
