We are currently recruiting for a Project manager to join a leading carpentry and joinery contractor based in Stevenage. Our client are well positioned in the market place to deliver all types of contracts, ranging in value up to multi million pounds. This position has come about due to the growth of the Company, so as a result our client is looking for someone to start immediately.

It is required that the successful individual has a background in Joinery or Carpentry and extensive project management experience. Due to the nature of the job you will need to be based locally to Stevenage and hold a full driving license as travel to sites 1-3 times a week will be required.

Our client operate a full 360 service from initial enquiry through to the design stages and finally production & installation, with project values varying up to multi-million pounds. Typically, projects fall within the fit out and high end residential markets, although they do also undertake work in other areas such as retail and commercial. Project Manager Position Requirements

• Background in Joinery and Carpentry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong tenure
• Extensive experience in Programme and Project Management
• Strong IT skills, specifically Microsoft packages
• Based within 1 hour drive of Stevenage
