This is an unique & exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to assist in the delivery of vital new products and a variety of initiatives that meet the needs of our customer base. The role offers the opportunity to work in fast paced environment alongside our Product Development and Product Management teams.
We are looking for a pro-active, confident individual who has a strong background in delivery and is able to work with others to achieve shared outcomes. This is a demanding role which requires an experienced project or delivery manager to ensure that delivery is to time, cost and quality requirements. The individual will also be able to find innovative solutions to challenging issues and be able to overcome blockers in a collaborative way. Strong communication skills are also crucial to engage with a wider range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure the deliverable deadlines are reasonable & achievable at each stage of the project, so that the quality of the outputs is not compromised.
Drive the timely accomplishment of tasks and ensure each person on the Project Team is sure of what they are supposed to do, that they remain focused on clear objectives, and that their time is allocated correctly.
Ensure the project is running according to the approved tolerances & report any deviations to the Executive Sponsor.
Liaise with all project stakeholders to ensure transparency & collaboration.
Oversee the Project Team to ensure the outputs are delivered as per the project plan and that the project has a continued business justification throughout its entire life cycle.
Report to the Project Steering Committee on the progress of the project at regular intervals.
Ensure the Project Team have the appropriate tools with which to track the progress of the project and from which they can generate reports.
Facilitate the production of any key project documentation e.g. business cases, project plan, progress reports, end project report, risk register (RAID log), lesson learned log and project team action plans

Desired Qualifications
You have a track record of success in in managing multiple projects and programs of varying sizes complexities budgets and deliverables within a commercial environment;
You have experience in managing the expectations of executives and senior management;
You are effective at delivering at pace and are proactive in seeking progress updates;
Ability to show strong leadership, and bring people together to make improvements even in areas you don't own;
Structured and thorough approach with good attention to detail;
University degree or equivalent;
Project Management qualification;
5 years or more experience as a Project Manager
Additional Qualifications
Experience working with data scientists;
Demonstrate a good level of understanding of the Healthcare industry, particularly drug development.
