Our client is recruiting for a Project Manager to work on a new Family Safeguarding Model - known as Family Solutions Plus on a Fixed Term Contract for 18 months.
Title: Project Manager Family Solutions Plus
Based: Osney Mead, Oxford
Salary: £27,905 - £31,371 (NJC 24 - 28) per annum
Hours: Full Time (37 HPW)
Type: Fixed Term for 18 Months
Pension: Auto-enrolment scheme in place
Accountable to: Wellbeing Service Manager (CYP) and OCC Project Manager

About the role
The Family Safeguarding Plus model has been implemented by Oxfordshire County Council who are making changes to the way our client supports children and families. As part of these changes new opportunities have arisen.
Our client is working in Partnership with Elmore Community Services and Connections Support to deliver these services to parents who have mental health needs, substance & alcohol misuse needs and those involved in domestic abuse to improve the quality of parenting their children experience.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the mental health component within the Oxfordshire Family Solutions Plus approach. Successful delivery and coordination of the model will be a key part of this role and experience in project delivery is essential.
The candidate
You will have previous experience in a Project Management/Delivery role and ideally experience of working within children’s services, mental health or similar. You will have line management experience and be able to lead a team successfully to ensure all elements of the project are delivered on time.
Ideally you will have worked on projects across different partnership organisations and understand how this could impact the delivery of the model and how to overcome any challenges this may bring.
