A client of Spring Technologies are currently recruiting for a Change Project Manager on a permanent basis.
Based in central Liverpool for an international Law firm

Key Responsibilities
*Facilitate the definition of customer requirements in order to produce a detailed project scope, goals and deliverables;
*Develop and agree project delivery plans with the customer to achieve the required project success;
*Ensure projects are set-up and initiated consistent with project governance;
*Identify appropriate resources and assign responsibilities;
*Manage project tasks and resources to carry out the work and ensure quality of delivery;
*Liaise with the wider IT department in order to add value;
*Develop, agree and implement a communication and engagement plan for each project;
*Develop, agree and implement a change management plan for each project;
*Ensure project documents are current, completed, and appropriately stored to ensure robust project controls;
*Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the projects;
*Support the project sponsors and owners in establishing a relevant and effective Project Board;
*Estimating costs, ROI and time requirements of projects;
*Manage and regularly update project budget(s);
*Track tasks and project deliverables using appropriate tools;
*Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project deliverables;
*Recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends and anticipating possible requirement changes;
*Co-ordinate checkpoint reviews to support project stage decisions;
*Monitor and report on project progress, issues and risks to all relevant stakeholders and the customer;
*Ensure Lessons Learnt and Case Studies are compiled and shared in a timely way.
What we are looking for
Essential:
Experience in a Project Management role concentrated in either IT (implementing off the shelf solutions) or Change Management (customer facing solutions)
Excellent planning skills and ability to develop project plan
Full understanding and experience using Microsoft product suite
Experience managing projects from inception through delivery demonstrating good Client-facing skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Organisational skills including attention to detail
Understanding of Business Analysis requirements gathering
