Project manager - Mental Health Charity
Keenan Recruitment is delighted to have been retained by leading Mental Health charity in Northern Ireland to recruit for a permanent Project Manager in South Belfast.
Starting salary £29,557. Hours are 37.5 per week.
Our Clients particular style of therapeutic work aims to promote the individual’s capacity to relate to themselves and others in a way that maximises their health and wellbeing.
They operate an individualised training programme, which equips staff with the expertise for this post.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the maintenance of the project taking special responsibility for allocated clients.
Applications are invited from people who have one of the following:
Psychiatric Nursing qualification as recognised by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) OR
Social Care Qualification as recognised by the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) i.e. Social Work Qualified or QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care OR
Allied Health Professional as recognised by the Health Professional Council (HCPC) working in mental health i.e. Art Therapist or Occupational Therapist.
The applicant must also be registered or have completed registration with either NMC, NISCC or HCPC before commencing employment PLUS
have at least 2 years post qualification experience working in a health and social care setting with people with severe and enduring mental illness managing and/or supervising staff.
Full Driving Licence and Access to a Car is Essential.
