We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to take control of a range of projects in our client’s company based in North Derbyshire, including procurement, drawings, specifications and Health & Safety.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

• 5 years’ experience in project management 
• Critical back-up power experience
• Installation of Diesel Generator experience
• Conversant with CAD
• Site Management Safety Training Scheme Qualification (SMSTS) (desirable)
• Project management qualification (desirable)
• Cash flow experience

You will tie in with the management cohort of the Projects Team and seek their support, be the face to the client and assist in query resolution to aid invoices being paid. This role will include travel to various other sites

Within this position, you’ll also be:

• Controlling all projects as per checklist and work instructions
• Attending all new/variation project handovers and accepting projects from Sales
• Controlling all Warranty jobs that are linked to any project as per documents
• Ensuring all timelines are effective and all criteria are met
• Ensuring all QC133 close outs are carried out at 1 week after final commissioning
• Maintaining CRM on database, updated in real time
• Analyse project engineers hours/visa receipts to ensure all are being recorded correctly
• Ensuring that all suppliers orders and invoices are controlled and correct
• Line Manager for allocated engineers assisting the Team Leader with all appraisals and learning & development plans

Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £40,000- 55,000

Working hours are Monday – Friday
