About the Role:
Reporting to The Global Director of HR the HR Project Manager is both a strategic and operational one, so it has that nice blend of shaping and defining the business roadmap as well and getting involved in the day to day operations.
This position is also a fully agile one meaning that you can work from home and be based anywhere in the UK although some travel will be involved subject to Covid restrictions loosening.
The HR Project Manager is a newly created position within the business and just some of the projects the successful candidate will be exposed will include:
- Leadership Development
- Workday transformation
- Succession Planning
- Change Management
- Diversity and Inclusion
- HR Projects
- HR M&A activities
- Due Diligence
To be successful in this role you will will need at least 8 - 10 years experience in a similar capacity.
The successful individual will need strong experience in similar projects as listed above plus you will need to have a positive working experience of Mergers and Acquisitions from an HR perspective.
Previous experience of the implementation of an Workday system would be a strong advantage to the role
Experience of multi country projects would also be an advantage to this position
