The role….

You’ll be supervising different tasks in the quest of completing a project and be responsible for the flow of information from the project owner to the team regarding the project.

Spell out rules and standard of the regulatory agencies to the working team and make provisions for the progress of the project

Make the arrangement for projects documentation on the recommendation and specification of the owner and ensure that specifications are met

Ensure that the procedure, rules, regulations, and promulgated laws governing project management are well adhered to

Meet with the team and ensure that each member is given an opportunity to make suggestions regarding the executions of the project

Update information on the project management development, tools and regulations.

Manage the delivery resources to achieve the desired outcome in a dynamic environment.

Plan, commence, execute and supervise assigned projects

Responsible for the well-being of the project team in the course of the project 

Suggest strategies and tactics of achieving the project goals to the owner 

Are you the right match….

Whilst this role can be predominately home based, some travel to UK offices will be required. You will ideally located along the M4 corridor due to the placement of these offices.

As a Junior project manager within this business, you will need to be a self-starter and be extremely motivated.

You must have exposure to IT project management in some capacity and an understanding of how scrum and agile methodology is applied.

Exposure to IT project work within an insurance/risk management setting would be ideal.

An engineering, science, mathematics of computer science degree would be extremely beneficial.
