Our client is a very successful Contractor requiring a Project Manager to deliver Groundworks and RC Frame projects on a long term contract.

As Project Manager you would have;

• Engineering background
• SMSTS, CSCS Black Card or White Card, 1st Aid
• Minimum 5 - 10 years experience building RC Frames
• Managing sites from £3m plus

As a Project Manager you will be able to;

• deliver projects on time/budget
• manage construction programme
• liaise with design and commercial team
• ensure quality and h&s
• manage client relationship and site management team
