My client is a leading housing association in Central London who are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for the design and delivery of complex change programmes and projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and manage programmes and projects
  • Manage all aspects of programme and project engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, change, risks, and issues
  • Manage project and programme expectations
  • Manage deliverables with project team members
  • Liaise and manage stakeholders
  • Lead on change management and deliver change management activities as part of the project planning and delivery
  • Provide detailed reporting on project milestones, deliverables, dependancies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership levels
  • Deliver proposals, requirements documentation, options appraisals, cost-benefit analysis, and business cases in line with project deliverables to various audiences
  • Run programme and project boards and steering groups
  • Communicate effectively to staff at all levels including executive level
  • Manage programme and project budgets

What you will need for this role

  • Experience being an experienced Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager with demonstrable skills delivering projects
  • Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Project, Visio, Databases, Process mapping, and Excel
  • Understanding of project methodologies such as: Prince2, MSP, Agile
  • Demonstrable communication skills
  • Ability to be agile and meet changing business environments and priorities
  • An ability to make critical decisions quickly and rationally
