Are you a Senior Project Manager interested in delivering major new build developments in the industrial property sector?. . This Senior Project Manager position is an excellent opportunity to join an independent construction consultancy with an excellent client base in Northamptonshire and the surrounding regions. The company has an expert team of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers based in a modern open plan office in Northampton. Their core area of expertise is within the Industrial sector, but also work on commercial, education, leisure and some residential projects. . In this role, you will be responsible for projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality. The Project Manager should have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with a consultancy background. They should have a good understanding of construction technology, procurement, JCT contracts and administering projects, and ideally be MRICS or MCIOB qualified. .
