The company has an expert team of Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers based in a modern open plan office in Northampton. Their core area of expertise is within the Industrial sector, but also work on commercial, education, leisure and some residential projects.   . In this role, you will be responsible for projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality. The Project Manager should have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with a consultancy background. They should have a good understanding of construction technology, procurement, JCT contracts and administering projects, and ideally be MRICS or MCIOB qualified.   .
