Leading Professional Services organisation is seeking to secure a Project Manager Team Lead, to lead a team of Project Managers x3. Essential to have experience of leading Project Managers.

Role:

• Lead a team of Project Managers within the Solution Delivery Team - 15 in the team with 3 Project Managers.
• Responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring the Project Management team.
• Lead the definition and delivery of transformational change across - Client solutions & Integration between systems.
• Provide hands-on project management delivery.
• Support in Portfolio planning and resourcing.
• Stakeholder, Client and 3rd Party management.
• PRINCE 2 desirable or AMP or PMP accredited.

Essential Skills:

• Essential to have managed a team of Project Managers - leading, mentoring and motivating PM teams
• IT Transformation projects - end to end delivery
• IT Project Management deliver - full project lifecycle - Project planning, estimation, costing, scope management, requirements gathering, business case creation, risk, contingency & change control
• 3rd Party Management - across selection, contract negotiation and management
• Strong problem analysis, system design, troubleshooting/resolution experience
• Stakeholder Management & Engagement - working with C-level stakeholders
• PRINCE 2 or AMP or PMP accredited - similar project management qualification
• Ideally have Professional Services sector experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday (9.00am - 5.30pm)
