The Principal Project Manager must hold MRICS/ MCIOB professional qualifications and Proven team leader/ line management experience. A strong background of working as a project manager within a similar environment and previous project experience within private and public sectors.

Not only will you look after your own projects but you will spend time managing staff including there development.
