Project Manager

This is an opening with a mid-sized agency which has a great culture, underpinned by excellent levels of staff & client retention. They are hot on the heels of a digitally focused Project Manager who will work in tandem with their clients, client services & creative teams, ensuring the seamless transition of campaigns.

The role

You will support end-to-end management of a range of integrated projects which are predominantly for a B2B audience & could include websites and microsites plus a mix of printed materials from complete rebrands to promotional literature. These projects will be short- and long-term and you'll lead the briefing and setting up of large digital projects - both internally and from a client-facing perspective.

You will also set and manage timelines, budgets, and scopes, as well as project roles and responsibilities internally, getting involved in the roots of a project so you are able to deal with any unforeseen circumstances.

You'll be able to keep accurate project documentation and will be the lead contact for project stakeholders, as well as monitoring budgets and analysing post-project. You'll also possess the ability to determine and manage the financial performance of projects and take an active role in the client relationship as well as supporting new business development.

They have a tried and tested way of doing things - and it really works. You'll be quick to get under the skin of what they do and how, but also to suggest process and operational improvements where they can be made - working with the team to implement the right ways of working.

What we're looking for:

We're looking for an agency experienced, Project Manager who has a strong understanding of web projects and creative methodologies and will be able to keep clients on track and find best practices in order to best fulfil the project. You'll have excellent knowledge of overseeing integrated projects as well as multiple technology platforms such as mobile apps, web, email and streaming media.

The ideal person in this role will already know how creatives, developers and client services teams work together & and the same goes for clients. You are most likely more used to thinking and measuring in terms of time, money and budgets and needless to say, this role is more than project management - it's about the full production of projects from start to finish, and understanding and leading them every step of the way.

What's on Offer?

This is genuinely a great place to work with a host of fantastic benefits and the salary is between £30-35,000. It may be worth noting that your remuneration will be reviewed at each stage of your progression and development The team is currently working between home and the office, but they do offer flexible working and whilst it's unlikely any role will be 100% working from home indefinitely, there is flexibility.
