Akton recruitment has an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer Project Manager to join the team of Lancashire county council.

We are looking for people who are going to help us get something which is at a concept stage turned into successful design and implementation on the ground, moving from a small pilot up to very large scale operation - this is a COVID related project. Indications are that these roles will be needed for at least 6 month's work, but highly likely to be more like 12 months.

Providing support for the programme manager and responsible for developing a lot of the detail underpinning the programme - helping to prepare the processes and procedures, documentation, working practices, training packs, key messages, etc. They will work with key contacts in depts. in the council and with colleagues across partner agencies to make sure that the implementation is properly planned and managed during the design and roll-out period.
