Project Manager

As a Project Manager you will have operational responsibility for the delivery of a number of new build residential construction projects, ensuring these meet the high standards we expect for our customers.

The role will be working on new build development projects across sites in the Yorkshire regions, however this role is agile and the successful candidate may be required to work in other areas including Teesside. this means we are offering agile working and putting trust into the successful candidate to complete work from wherever you choose. This has its positives allowing you flexibility to manage your workload and personal commitments.

You will manage a number of projects through the construction phase up until the end of the defects period, ensuring our developments are completed in line with Business Plan Targets. Working with commercial colleagues, you will advise on site progress and quality as part of a team approach to delivering the high quality places to live for our customers through the effective management of construction contracts.

Working collaboratively with our stakeholders, you will be integral to ensuring your caseload of projects are delivered on time, on budget and meet the quality standard that we strives for.

The Person:

We are looking for someone who is an experienced manager of construction projects or disciplines, who understands the delivery phase of contracts, in particular on house building projects. Ideally, the person will understand programming, CDM health and safety and will be able to demonstrate a commitment to building new homes of high quality.
