The company:
• A multi-disciplinary property consultancy that works across a variety of project sectors including but not limited to residential, commercial and education.
• Currently about 100 staff nationwide.

The role:
• The requirement for a Mechanical Services Project Manager has arisen due to planned growth of the company and continued success; most recently picking up a large nationwide project in the Education sector (mixture of new builds / refurbishments).
• Largely a site-based role working on a variety of projects sectors from initial feasibility design through to site management and project aftercare. A lot of these projects will be schools/universities so education experience is desirable.
• A good understanding of energy management and energy efficiency project delivery is desired.
• Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in building services design and/or project management.
