Our client operates UK wide offering both single site and mobile Hard FM solutions through their specialist engineering teams which includes Gas, HVAC, Electrical and Fabric technicians amongst others.

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager, capable of leading and managing a £multimillion portfolio of contracts for our clients London business unit. Contracts are for planned & reactive maintenance services, include both mobile and static sites and sit predominantly within the Commercial, Financial, Education and luxury residential sectors.

This role requires a strong day to day operator who can demonstrate; solid commercial and financial acumen, previous experience of managing a £multimillion P&L and the ability to win new work. New business development is a key part of this role, so we are looking for an individual that enjoys engaging with new and existing customers to develop new contract and project opportunities.

The Operations Manager will be from a Hard FM/technical background – ideally qualified in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline and able to lead & advise your wider team and your various clients from a technical, building services perspective.

You will lead and be responsible for the performance of the London business unit and the line management of the Contract Management, Contract Support and wider Engineering teams.

A location in or around London is essential and you will need to regularly travel into Central London.
