Our client are currently are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of a high spec residential project. This outstanding £10m new build project for a private client consists of a 3 story traditional build single dwelling, built of 30 acres of land to a very high spec. The demotion of the existing site is underway, and my client is ready to press forward with design & construction.

This project requires a Project Manager with experience on similar projects who can build and manage the programme, oversee design and have their handle on the entirety of the project all the way through to completion. The role will require a manager who is able to manage a project of this spec with absolute responsibility whilst reporting into the MD & Construction Director. This PM will be required to utilise previous experience to get this job over the line on time and on budget with a focus on quality of delivery and health & safety. This project will act as a stepping stone into the business for the right individual, with internal promotion and long term progression a real focus for this company.

About the benefits / rewards: The salary will be dependent on level of exposure to industry and experience on related projects. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary around £70,000 - £75,000. The package will also include various benefits relating to travel and healthcare.

Requirements: Candidates must have direct and relatable industry experience. Experience of Project Management is a must, ideally with experience of working on high spec, new build residential projects managing the project from design and planning stage. The preferred candidate would have had experience at a well-respected main contractor and be looking for a permanent and long term role.
