We are currently working with a a very well-established Main Contractor who are looking for an established Project Manager to join their Construction Team. 

Our client is a well-known and well-balanced main contractor that has projects in different sectors including student accommodation, . This project is a 300+ bedroom accommodation RC framed build which will commence in 2021. The contractor undertaking this project can provide a long-term framework of work with more projects to start after completion. 

The successful Project Manager will have a demonstrated track record of working on large residential RC frame build projects of a comparable value and will need at least five years post qualification experience and you will hold all necessary certificates such as CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid etc.
