An international leading developer who specialise in new build and refurbishment of high end projects across London.

Your new role

Reporting to the Senior M&E Project Manager. You will work on the Convoys Wharf and Lots Road projects liaising closely with the projects teams. Manage all technical MEP related elements of the project and suitably advise the QS team on all commercial aspects relating to the MEP installation on a project.

What you'll need to succeed

You need to be a Chartered Engineer with excellent knowledge of mechanical and electrical services systems. Previous experience of working for a developer, consultancy and contractor is desirable.
