Project Manager - Learning Management system - LMS - Wealth Management

An opportunity has arisen to join a leading Wealth Management organisation currently undertaking a large transformation programme. The organisation have already seen significant increases in profit due to a variety of initiatives and they have a commitment to improve this further over the next 5 years.

They are now looking to bring in a Project Manager to specifically focus on the implementation of a new Learning management which is just one strand of the top-bottom transformation programme. They are keen to improve their Learning experience and this is a big priority for the organisation.

The Project Manager will be required to work closely with the Head of Business Change to successfully implement the LMS System alongside a new Learning experience platform. The Project Manager will be required to work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that the project is appropriate agreed, planned and monitored to ensure successful delivery of the project.

The Project Manager will be required to manage all aspects of the project including ensuring risks and issues are accurately managed. They will also be required to work closely with IT and third party supplier to ensure that the requirements of the business are understood and communicated. They will also co-ordinate training for business teams and internal support functions as and when required.

In order to be considered for this opportunity, you will have a solid background gained in Project Management alongside extensive experience of delivering Learning Management systems previously. ideally you will have worked within Finacial services previously and preferably you will understand the Wealth management industry specifically.
