An International specialist in Logistics and Supply Chain are undertaking an International implementation of Accounts Payable Automation software - they're looking for an experienced PMO to join the project ASAP.
Implementation and roll out of International Accounts Payable Automation Software
Defining and establishing the internal processes and procedures for the project
Ensure relevant project standards in compliance with applicable policies, guidelines and rules and applicable delivery approaches (e.g. waterfall, agile)
Support the preparation and maintenance of project controlling relevant lists, e.g. change requests, risks, and tracking
Supporting the preparation of project-related indicators (e.g. earned value)
Assisting in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of project coordination meetings
Coordination and steering of appointments and meetings incl. meeting minutes
Preparation of documents and drafting of decision proposals for the project management and alignment with respective stakeholders
What you require:
Fluent English, German is a plus
5+ years experience in a PMO capacity - project management, requirement analysis etc.
Experience in communication tools (e.g. Sharepoint), collaborative tools (e.g. M.S. Teams/Planner) and Ticketing Tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
