The Temple Quarter Joint Delivery Team (JDT) is a dynamic new cross-organisational team being established to drive forward the regeneration of a new quarter of the city centred around Temple Meads Station which will provide up to 10,000 new homes and 22,000 jobs.

This new post has been created to manage the interface between Bristol City Council, the new Joint Delivery Team to enable and support the delivery of a range of major capital projects and programme within the TQEZ.

What will I be doing?

The Programme Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing the Council’s interface with the TQEZ Joint Delivery Team by coordinating internal teams within the Council to provide consistent and effective input to regeneration work in Temple Quarter, managing internal processes and governance, and holding the Joint Delivery Team to account against the Council’s strategic objectives.

What do I need?

  • You will have relevant experience of working within a Local Authority, project management, PMO, or project/programme co-ordination role;
  • Strong people management skills and a track record of successful partnership working with a range of stakeholders;
  • A good eye for detail and a thorough understanding of managing programme reporting, governance and assurance
