A Senior Project Manager is required with an extensive and proven background in delivering large scale multi-build housing developments.
The Development is due for completion in 2028 and consists of 555 homes divided into Houses and Apartments. There are no Leisure or Retail units but it will be a continuous build project so offers great security for the correct local Project Manager.
Reporting to the Construction Director the role will require management of 4 Site Managers and working closely with a QS & Senior QS and Technical Manager
