Project Manager (construction) client side

My client an established consultancy has exciting plans to grow the business and are looking for an Mid level - Senior Construction Project Manager with a consultancy background.

Following a restructure, the PM will take lead on commercial/education schemes in the West Midlands
The projects range from Inception right through to handover to the client. As PM you'll ensure that the clients requirements are met, the project is completed on time and within budget

You, the candidate :

Experience of working in a consultancy environment. Well organised and work in teams. Motivate a team to get outcomes against tight targets/deadlines.
