Our high profile client in the automotive industry is currently looking to recruit a IT Project Manager to work at their busy site in Whitley. 

Position Description:

There are a number of technology initiatives that have been created to support and fix some issues. These have been split into two projects, and is a multiyear programme. 
One will be to create a dashboard for retailers to assist and understand where there are challenges in the service and warranty process and create a best next action capability. 
 

The second is to consolidate data from various systems of record and but them into a central place so that the front-end application can be integrated. 
This will be achieved by creating a number of APIs that will form the API layer of the capability. 
 

A Project Manager is required to support two projects associated with Fix the Customer. 

The project manager will be asked to deliver the IT tasks assigned to them in line with the wider integrated project plan. 
The Project Manager will need to ensure time, cost and quality is achieved as well as adhering to the Business and IT governance & gateways.

Skills Required:

• Significant experience managing complex IT projects with track record of delivery 
• Strong analytical skills to identify how one issue can impact on another and put in place the required interventions through support or from own knowledge base. 
• Proven experience of complex stakeholder management

12 months rolling contract 

40 hours per week 

Based in Whitley - flexibility to work from home
